There a Seinfeld episode where Costanza reasons that if all natural instinct are wrong, that he should just do the opposite. It was a great episode.

That is currently how I view life whenever the propaganda box say something.

I just do the complete opposite, and usually I and up on the right side

Speechless. Even living through it, to see it all laid out like this, I have just one question: What. The. Fuck?

Chris, I don't doubt that most of what you have presented are good examples of misinformation/disinformation. However if we're going to be objective about this stuff, where are the Fox & OAN etc clips and pundit commentary? If you don't present that info. then all your doing is reinforcing the same misinformation/disinformation bubbles - only show left of center examples, but nothing from right of center pundits/experts. There is no value in doing that as the majority of people who follow you are just hearing what they want to hear. I could run a thousand examples of the same thing from FOX/OAN etc and we'd all be scratching our heads going WTF! My point is why don't you do your clients a service and show how bad it is on both sides, because that is the root of the problem that is F...ing up democracies around the world.

Finally you have none of the misinformation/disinformation on election rigging/stop the steal & the J6 insurrection - let's look at the lies perppetrated by Maria Bartiromo, Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, The Five etc every day. That is clearly the biggest threat to all our freedoms & liberty!

All I'm asking is if we are cynical about this stuff(which we are) then give us both sides. Your clients are smart & pretty well informed but many are locked inside the misinformation/disinformation bubble. The only way we break this vicious cycle is to start fighting back with balanced commentary/journalism, something that social media has helped destroy! Surely you get where I'm coming from?

The Ukraine war, hands down. Everything about it is not only fake, but extremely ruinous to all parties involved.

Everything the US/"NATO" has been doing in Ukraine - from the bioweapons labs, to the fomenting of Nazi culture, to giving them the missiles they use to kill innocent people in villages - is far darker than just electing President "10% for the Big Guy". Absolutely horrifying.

Nobody's cheering Russia on because they particularly 'love' Russia. It's the horror and revulsion of the things we do in that horrid place to provoke a manufactured enemy - and it is, in every sense of the word, a manufactured enemy. "We" need them to keep all of the grifts going. Things should have *never* gotten to the point that they are right now.

There was an article posted somewhere a few days ago about how the lack of electricity was going to close down a 100 year old business in England, forcing England to purchase whatever the product was from...Russia. I wish I had bookmarked it or something because of how absolutely unreal it was.

The Mir system is going to take over for global payments. It's been in the making for a long time. Things are so criminally stupid right now that the only reason that makes any sense for things to be so upside down is because it's being done on purpose. And to what end? What is the goal of all of this controlled collapse?

The biggest threat to this Republic isn't a bunch of country bumpkins walking around Congress. It's the repeal of the Smith/Mundt Act. All media outlets are now wholly controlled by the government and the minute you point out the glaring lies, you're deemed a 'threat'. You're a Nazi for not wanting your tax dollars to go towards arming literal Ukraine Nazis. You're a racist if you don't support the millions of people walking through our borders. You're a homophobe if you don't think kids should be castrated or sexualized.

It's all so incredibly tiresome.

Just focusing on one side is why America is divided (yes Trump was right on about Europe's dependence on Russia oil and so on, he was right on lots of things but he's the biggest non-truth teller of all lol). I suggest to readers to read both viewpoints to get a balanced perspective. For example, follow and read AARON RUPAR's substack and Twitter, just read and tell me what you see. I follow both left and right wingers as well as centrists so you don't get sucked into your own propaganda bubble of mis/dis-information and pure bias partisanship.

I was searching for a direct quote and date for the fallacious claim that "the economy will come roaring back" circa 2020. However, it turns out that (at least) Mnuchin, Pence and Trump (et al) repeated various permutations of the line beginning around March 18, 2020 and proceeding throughout the year into the fall. It has later been repeated by Democrats under Biden.

First Mnuchin and then Mike Pence repeated the claim on the same day and assured the people of America that once this pandemic is over that the economy will come “roaring back.”

In early July 2020, Trump was at the podium basically proclaim victory saying that the June jobs numbers prove that the "economy is roaring back" and that it was "spectacular news".

In late August 2020, John Peterson (owner of Schuette Metals in Rothchild, Wisconsin) spoke at the RNC to say that "Trump is rebuilding and our economy is roaring back again".

Also in late August 2020, Mnuchin told a House subcommittee that the Economy Is Recovering but "More Work" Is Needed to Alleviate Pain. He was quoted as saying “Whether it is $1 trillion or $1.5 trillion, again, let’s not get caught on a number."

That was however not good enough. The Democrats wanted $3.4 TRILLION. Mnuchin said that lawmakers should not worry about the “top line” amount. When asked about Trump's claim (actually Mnuchin's own as well), that the "economy is roaring back", he said “Relative to shutting off the entire economy and relative to people thinking we would have 40 million unemployed, we are doing great."

In mid May 2021, Governor Newsom said about his $100 Billion California Comeback Plan, "This is a jumpstart for our local economies, and it’s how we’ll bring California roaring back.”

In July 2021, when Newsom signed the bill he said “Harnessing the largest surplus in state history, we’re making transformative investments across the board that will help bring all our communities roaring back from the pandemic – and pay dividends for generations to come".

Also in July 2021, Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) said that Biden's leadership is the reason "America's economy is roaring back".

In September 2021, Governor Jared Polis said that Colorado's high vaccination rate is part of why their economy is roaring back.

There's dozens of pundits, national and local news outlets, etc., that have repeated the claim including the word "roaring" during this time. They are too numerous and not worth quoting apart from pointing out that such application being used for/against whomever their agenda sought to support or speak against respectively.
