Millions of people have said, "Follow the science." It's odd that they would say that, given that science is not intended to be followed. The scientific method is the means by which the most direct, most rational human assessment of nature is made. There is nothing there to follow.
Science is there to be learned. Then, politicians can assess it and make appropriate law. And then we follow the law. Anybody see a problem there? The science has historically been very reliable. Politics has historically been very unreliable. We have seen science perverted, meant to lend credence to political dogma in regard to climate change, COVID, gender, etc. When a politician says, "Follow the science", he is really saying, "Follow me while I make it up as I go along and call it science."
Science is just a tool. You can follow the scientific process in your analysis of available data, facts, info, etc. But you can't "follow" a conclusion gained from that process. Science is a process, not an outcome. It's the process of constantly challenging and re-assessing previous outcomes. So, what they said is the opposite of what science is.
So, yeah, they lied. Propaganda. They realized - correctly - that most people have adopted science as their religion, just as Nietzsche had predicted.
And of course, what to do with the conclusion drawn from the scientific method is outside the scope of the scientific process. It's a moral, ethical, economic, social, educational, psychological, etc. decision that needs to be made by leaders acting on behalf of the people, not by bureaucratic "scientists" pretending to be gods.
The worst part of all this is that - according to their own congressional testimonies - these people knew what they were doing had no science behind it at all and they did it anyway to manipulate people into taking these shots.
I was a science teacher, back when. It saddens and disgusts me that science, a bastion of rational analysis, has been perverted into a propaganda machine.
I know of no one that died from Covid. I know many who took every jab and still got very sick. President Biden had Covid twice and you know everyone in his circle was jabbed up. I did not get vaccinated and I took some serious heat from my vaccinated friends. Even the line was used that “yes I got Covid after being vaccinated, but the illness was not as bad because I had the jab”. How can anyone prove this statement. That is the ultimate grasping at straws to justify a hasty decision. I was fortunate and stayed healthy during COVID. Give thanks for QTR and other media that allows the truth to be exposed.

I remember as a kid growing up in the late 60's and 70's (I am 63) when there was 3 channels on TV and my Dad would come home and watch tv...mostly the sports but you did watch some of the regular news before the sports came on. Comparing then to today's world and the overabundance of "news" and news "sources" it has become difficult to discern what is correct? Couple this with trying to educate your children who are ensconced in their phones and you now have a full time job...The internet has become a weapon and politically it has become a key component of their maintaining continued divisiveness...Robert Malone wrote an excellent piece June 26, 2023, Propaganda and Mind Control (https://rwmalonemd.substack.com/p/propaganda-and-mind-control)...which helps to define what is taking place everyday...My next door neighbor and I differ greatly in our opinions and she uses the term "confirmation bias" as her rationale for what website she relies on for "her" sources of the most accurate information...In the end the Main Stream Media will never "walk back" or backpedal because this would show their audience they made a mistake...and the admission of error by the MSM would never happen...mostly for fear of losing ratings...

They were also to call anyone who died within 30 days of recovering from covid a death from covid. (Imagine how many cold or flu deaths we'd have if we used that same logic with those illness.)
There were also anecdotal stories about people being called "covid" deaths when they died in a car accident or of a gunshot wound. Because they tested positive. And we have personal accounts from a handful of brave healthcare workers willing to say what was happening.
And of course there is the issue that anyone who died within 2 weeks of getting the "vaccine" was called a "covid" death, not a "vaccine" death. Though, in any other setting, at any other point in history, if someone injected themselves with an unknown, largely untested substance everyone would say that injected substance is what killed them.
Hospitals were given massive bonuses from Biden’s Great Covid Giveaway. As I recall, they received $39,000 per patient w/covid on ventilator. I may have the details wrong, but hospitals made billions from lying about covid.

But both articles, and many commenters to the Mandavilli article, emphasize that “correlation isn’t causation.” However, ANY vaccine (mrna is gene therapy and not classified as a vaccine) that kills more than five or has as many adverse reactions as the mRNA utilized would be pulled from the market pending further study.
When respected scientists turned into whistle blowers, I understood that these scientists, who have everything to lose are 100% courageously telling the truth. It was then clear that there is a very sinister and dangerous plan in action.
