Ukraine's concession to not join NATO has me thinking potential for a relief rally Monday, but the waters are too uncertain for me to make any meaningful decisions.

A couple of notes from Kyiv. I changed dollars to hryvnya today at 28.50:1, up 1.6% from 28.00 on Friday. 1.6% doth not a panic make. As noted on Zerohedge, our Pres. Zelenskiy has invited Biden to come see for himself. He repeated what he said couple of weeks ago (very rightly) that Kyiv is a damned sight safer than LA.
