And now, for a (IMO) more eloquently written, and certainly better argued (from an actual legal point of view) please read this piece by Jeff Clark, former DOJ appointee who actually has litigated numerous cases involving this very issue.
Normally when 2 sides cannot reach an agreement there is negotiation (remember that word) but if you go back and count the number of Executive Orders beginning with Obama you can see how both parties have learned how to beat the system. But if you go back and review the first Trump Presidency along with the past 4 years of the Democrats utilizing Lawfare to prevent him from running for president (let alone winning) then we can "feel" the same level of contempt for those who were behind all of this deceit. Reading about lawyers recommending their clients leave the country should sort of assign some form of guilt...and to listen to the guilty now getting on CNN and MSNMC (Adam Schiff comes to mind) right back where they were in their condescending ways...some MAGA folks may feel a bit comfy. Let's not forget those folks in Jail since the J6 debacle...rounded up like illegal immigrants (LOL) to suffer in the squalor of the Washington DC cesspool jail cells...I think the best revenge would actually be redemption and that would be to let ALL of the J6 unlawfully imprisoned become the judge and jury...hold their own courts...and make a mockery of the system just like the original J6 committee...YOu knew once Trump was declared the winner that so many of the bullies from the Democratic side of the fence would be claiming "Trump is a dictator and we told you he was going to do this"...perhaps the lawyer recommending their clients leave the country are on to something? Nothing would make the MAGA crowd more happy than to see justice for Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff, and company...as they "ruled" America like nothing could touch them...
The frustrating part of all of this is 76MM people voted for Trump because they wanted change - they are tired of the same career politicians becoming multi-millionaires while working and bankrupting our country.
Let Trump put his team in place - if you feel they do something wrong or illegal - then impeach them. After the past 4 years - it's going to be tough to be much worse. 15MM illegals - attempting to jail a former president - all the craziness with Trans.
Let him have his DOGE and his appointments. Something has to change because our country is currently a house of cards that is about to crash.
Very interesting perspective. I’m not too worried about “full-blown constitutional crises”, however. Remember when Harry Reid “deemed” that the ObamaCare bill was passed so the Senate didn’t actually have to vote on it? That was a doosey.

How extremely unfortunate Donald Trump is not qualified to be president. This is a heads up for congressional lawyers. Thank you.
You must be a comedian.
You have taken the wrong substack and gotten off at the wrong station.
nah it's a paycheck for congressional lawyers
How extremely unfortunate that you are not qualified to judge President Trump. Who says so? I day so. That's all that matters, right? Thank you.
