"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing," - Edmund Burke

Rogan is such a man

Maybe Rogan’s refusal to interview Trump is actually his way of standing up against evil?

Many would conclude interviewing him would be a sign of support.

The Biden/Harris regime contributed to the start of a war in the Ukraine. Once war started, they discouraged peace talks. They fed the war by shipping billions of $s & weapons. Their shameful actions have resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of young men. That is what EVIL really looks like. Trump's shortcomings pale in comparison!

Trump's 4 years were the most peaceful 4 years in a century globally.

I listen to very few podcasts and have never listened to a Joe Rogan podcast, but I would be there in a heartbeat for an interview with Trump.

Maybe you should invite Rogan on your podcast and ask him directly.

I didn't know Rogan had this stance, so thanks for the info.

I hope he interviews both candidates and discusses the topics that most of us really care about. If Rogan can actually get them to discuss the 2020-21 lockdowns/mandates/economic disaster/damage done to society; the ever growing debt; the reality of the impact of migrants on the POORest in our country; the two almost-about to be nuclear wars while trying to figure out how to create another one; NATO hyper-expansion; pesticides/chemicals; polluted waters/soil; our ailing infrastructure; censorship....my goodness there is plenty to choose from!

Chris, I agree with you, I think Rogan is a man of integrity. At this point, he would increase his viewership while doing a great service to his fellow citizens (not to mention winking an eye at the media who colored him orange and he would not sue! That would be Sanjay's network.). The press is bought and paid for and therefore, hopeless. He will definitely make a lot of enemies and he may see it as a bad cost/benefit if he thinks he'd be rocking the boat too much. On the other hand, Rogan could restore faith in the citizenry and maybe we'd unite together. Maybe I am still hopeful. Sigh.

Why don't you invite Trump on your podcast QTR? I'd sooner listen to him on your podcast than Rogan.

Couldn’t agree more, it’s now or never.

100%.

Rogan should give Trump a fair interview. Show the so-called media how it is done.

It does seem strange when you have people like RFK, Tulsi and Elon, who all seem to know Rogan, on the Trump Bandy and he still won’t have him on.

Maybe Rogan feels the media would tear apart his long form format with edited sound bites and he doesnt want to give them the fodder. 🤷‍♂️

Keep in mind who EXACTLY will be ticked off at him. It could be dangerous. Just sayin'.

Trump sends almost all 💙 folks into fits. I can count on one hand the number of liberal friends who can talk about him in a rational way. And living in a town with a division 1 research univ and 2 private schools, I have many liberal acquaintances. None of the other conservative figures you listed have that powerful effect. I don't see why Joe Rogan would want to deal with the irrational overreaction he would clearly receive, and not really sure what effect on the outcome it would have anyway.

Rogan should at least state why Trump hasn’t done his podcast be it personal animus or something else.

Expand full comment

He has stated why he hasn't in the past. He doesn't want to talk to him. These days he might have changed his mind some but it seems unlikely.

I agree. It’s very odd that he has avoided him. I haven’t watched thousands of his shows, but I can see that Rogan is a leftist, albeit a nice one. He has an animus towards Trump. Maybe he’s also a little afraid of him.

Presidential elections used to be about issues -- economics, budgets, social safety nets, etc. Not wholly, but enough to be referendums on how to run a nation.

I never watch TV. Never listened to Joe Rogan. So maybe I'm uninformed.

But Trump's approach to political economy NEVER seems to be discussed. It's always his revolting zeitgeist that excuses all manner of hatreds and among the so-called intellectual class, closed minds shut tight as a bank vault.

It should be embarrassing, but their cult-like mental illness prevents even the most rudimentary self-awareness.

Regarding the paranormal -- haha good luck dudes, making sense of it! I wonder who has done the work. Start with mythology and ancient religions. Especially the trickster figures. After 10 years of study, if you have learned anything at all you'll be a rare individual. Evan-Wentz "Fairy Faith in Celtic Countries" is a must read. It's free on the internet. Also more recently, "Daimonic Reality" by Harpur. Anything by Jacques Vallee too. All a trail of crumbs in the woods. hahahah

Well, who would have thought a guy that had people eating leeches and chopped up bug-shakes for money would have this much influence?

Damn good point!!

Touché. His audience is too wide and the leftist puppet masters of Harris whorls shit bricks if he interviewed Trump!

Chris, thank you. I couldn't agree more. Considering the extraordinary stakes of this election and how the 1st Amendment (and consequently the 2nd) is hanging on by a thread, Joe Rogan of all people should be eager to provide a platform for those in favor of free speech. Additionally, considering the amount of dishonesty and corruption coming from Harris, and her congo-line of "media" propagandists, Joe Rogan is playing into their hand by not relentlessly pursuing the truth and lowering his standards of journalistic integrity. Perhaps he is afraid, which means their dirty game of intimidation is effective - and winning. Joe Rogan should remember that the SCOTUS already punted on Biden/Harris anti-free speech government censorship/meddling in social media. He should remember that throughout the Holocaust the NYT was silent. Not a peep. Has he chosen to be like them? If the NYT relentlessly pursued the truth, there may have been a difference in the world's response to those atrocities. The NYT has not changed. But the way in which people get news and information has. Those not fighting for free speech and those allowing socialism to prevail without using every possible lever are naive and eventually will personally pay the price. And perhaps play a part in our great country's demise. He will have blood on his hands, whether he likes it or not.

Rogan and so many others could one day find out they have no audience left if the democrats gain control of the white house and congress. Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and Kamala Harris, and others, have all made a point that free speech should be abolished, and that someone, more than likely themselves, have the right to censor whatever they choose.

If that comes to pass, then the news everywhere will sound the same. Just like the talking points the democrats send out to the MSM every day, where the key words are repeated by everyone.

If that happens, the need for multiple news outlets will not be needed, as they will all be reporting the same thing, the points approved by the democrats.

The smaller outlets will cease to exist as they will lose their appeal when they all sound the same. Actually it's like that already, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, NPR, and others, all sound the same today. You only have to watch one of them, the others will portray the events of the day in the same manner.

I agree 💯. If he doesn't want to do the interview or signed something saying he wouldn't, that's fine. But, stop bitching if you aren't willing to do anything to change the situation.
