I hope that Erik Prince gets a big role in the next administration. He's a patriot and a savvy strategist.

No one would more unsettle our enemies foreign and domestic.

Why are we not having the conversation of this was a planned attack?

So a 20 year old kid with supposedly acted alone to assassinate the president of the USA in the year 2024? He is able to get a gun into a building that is 150 yards from where the president is going to be speaking? When citizens warn police and SS of the man on the roof with a gun minutes before the shots and they don't do anything? When SS says they were aware of the shooter 30 min before the shots, but "lost sight of him". SS says they were not given permission to shoot until after the kid shot first?

All of these red flags popped up and yet the SS did not take the kid out earlier - but they didn't even remove DJT from the stage as a precaution makes zero sense.

We also have to believe that DOJ and FBI who have been trying to throw Trump in jail for the past 4 years, really is trying hard to protect him?

Even if this entire story was sent to Hollywood to make a movie out of - it would be rejected because it is not believable. Some 20 year old punk kid (who was in a Blackrock commercial) out smarted the entire SS and FBI and assassinated the president on live TV.

Since this morning's post. The head of the SS came out and said the rooftop had too much slope and it was not safe to put anyone up there. It had half the slope of the building the snipers were on.

CNN reported that the government received intel that IRAN was going to attempt their own assassination attempt. So they were beefing up security to protect him.

Well that beefed up security allowed the 20 year old kid to get the shots off that would have dramatically changed our world forever.

I'll take "Things that make go hmmmm............for $1000 Alex"

It's hard for people to process and entertain that idea and what it means. That's pretty much the reason. But, agree, it should be at least a consideration. At least on the level of intentional incompetence.

Should it surprise us that the USSS would intentionally staff Trump's detail with the least experienced or lowest performing agents? Or that they would give Trump too few agents for large outdoor rallies (while Biden has dozens surrounding his house where he hides)? Those female agents at Trump's rally are both too small and too weak to be agents, they clearly can't handle weapons, and they have no situational awareness, looking around like scared squirrels. One of them was ducking and hiding behind Trump! I'm not surprised they failed to do the basics. Seems like there is no way all that happens w/o it being intentional on the part of USSS leadership to assign too few and the lowest performing agents to him.

As for the kid, Townhall has a good article about him. Interviewed neighbors, classmates, and a shooting instructor. They said he was a smart but weird kid. They kicked him out of the shooting class b/c of things he said - and b/c he was a bad shot. No one did anything to stop him or get him help at that level either. What happens if a messed up kid like that runs into the wrong person on an internet chat room of some sort? What if that person really wants Trump dead? We know for fact that FBI agents egged mentally fragile people on in other cases in MI and J6. So, it's not completely out of the realm of possibility. Trump and the country are lucky the kid was a bad shot.

(FWIW, the Black Rock video is nothing. He's just one of the kids sitting at their desk in the background as they do a feature about the school district he attended. It's not like he was star of it or something. He wasn't even an "extra" as some have reported. It was just video of a classroom that he happened to be in. Video included in the Townhall article.)

Love Erik Prince. He knows this stuff cold.

Great information from someone at the top of his game in high-stakes security. Unfortunately, the interviewer, Patrick Bet-David, is no Tucker. He stumbled over questions and was way too wordy, obviously not having any notes. Then, instead of using Tucker’s standard “paying attention” face, this guy was looking around as the expert was talking. The interview was worth watching, but the PDB Podcast (introduced with hip-hop???) is not repeatable.

If you have been following the disastrous situation at the southern border and who is responsible for its incompetence, Alejandro Mayorkas, you will know and understand immediately why there is incompetence within Secret Service. The actions of this administration are so brazen that one cannot deduce anything else but to consider this gross negligence deliberate. Trump voters had better be prepared for what many of us anticipate as the most corrupt national election of our time. The issuing of drivers licenses to illegal immigrants is ongoing and could be considered treason should these illegals sway the election away from Trump. What many of us are concerned about is the lack of preparation by the GOP for this forthcoming attack...

I call it “coordinated incompetence”

no way the FBI should be in charge of the investigation

These weren’t “failures” or “mistakes.” That couldn’t have come off without insider cooperation.

An emergency svcs guy called the cops about the shooter - included a picture - 30 min in advance. A gaggle of civilians were shouting & pointing and the cops basically ignored them. The USSS sniper had his reticle on the shooter & didn’t press the trigger until AFTER the bad guy started shooting. And for that rooftop to be unsecured… inside job.

Wow this guy is back in the public view? I thought it was weird when Oliver North appeared showed up on the news talking about freedom fighters but now we get Erik Prince talking about assassins. Amazing the kind of people that are glorified and respected when their history is totally obscured.

Essentially all of us "civilians" cannot believe that the level of grotesque incompetence (AT BEST) the SS demonstrated at every turn doesn't attain the level of "deliberate". And to put the FBI in charge of the "investigation" is ludicrous. The FBI is totally politically corrupt and has been at the center of efforts to "lawfare" Trump into bankruptcy or imprisonment (or both) all the while shielding the entire Biden family crime syndicate from investigation and prosecution. The pillar of smoke from this one is already a mile high and growing.

Very interesting fact brought up by PBD: all Biden’s SS are men. I’m a woman & would insist on capable men to protect my life.

How is it that Erik Prince is getting a podium when he was neck deep in the Iraq shitshow?

Really. He wanted to be the Raj of Afghanistan and sucked at the teat of taxpayers for years. He may have some insight, but JFC, that's like asking Sam Giancana about the JFK shooting.

no fan of prince nor american mercenary businesses in general. however, his subject matter expertise in this domain is undeniable.

his point about the advancement of anti-personnel drone warfare in the russia-ukraine conflict (also discussed in his appearance on tucker's show) is very interesting & concerning.

Apparently the operative directive at the Dept of Homeland (IN)Security for the staffing of Trump's Security Detail was "Assassination by Incompetence".

As DeMuth said... Prince should get a "uge" role in the coming Trump administration. Sec of State or Defense... he probably could do both.. simultaneously.
