The question is why has Amazon Pay failed, and would owning PayPal actually fix that?

I just pay from an Amazon/Chase credit card on file. No need for another intermediary.

QTR is moving the market. PYPL jumped right before this was published, haha

Well QTR and Bloomberg

Well...Barry Bonds and I have hit a total of 762 home runs.

Yeah but I had a bad experience with paypal in the past and Amazon will NEVER stop taking credit cards, NEVER. People don't trust PayPal and that is the long and the short of it.

Thanks, Chris. Just picked up some PYPL.

While I agree with this, we need to reverse Game Stop this shit down to about $30 so when the buyout invariably happens we can make even MORE MONEY!! Where’s Jordan Belfort and Steve Madden when you need them?

Was just watching your call for a while. No action on my part. So many times you display genius, when your disclaimers (highly entertaining) state don’t follow since you’re an idiot (or something like that). Glad I got to at least watch.

Good analysis, I picked up some too.

Amazon probably already enjoys rock bottom swipe fees from the various card issuers. Besides, AWS is where the revenue is. PayPal would add little to that business.

Perfect fit. With Paypal at the perfect price for a value play.

INHO...PayPal is abusive in its methods. It would fit right in with Amazon.
