In 2023, Americans are facing another expensive holiday season stemming largely from the monetary interventions enacted during the initial stages of the COVID pandemic.
EROEI baby. The only possible argument for "green" Hydrogen is to produce it with the margins, when the energy produced by intermittent sources would otherwise overload the grid. It could be stored and used later.
i would say that biggest cost increase that i see is ....Take Out.....a huge increase there.....we generally take out once a week.....and yes....the increase is very noticable.......the second one is haircuts .....i get my haircut once a month...lol..and yes.....i do notice an increase there...another big one.......
the other increase is general Groceries......yes we gotta eat.......no gettin around that.........lol.....and fruits and vegetables is big for us........we are not big on meat.....we eat a lot of Chicken.....and we eat a lot of fish.....canned and fresh Salmon........
Groceries are up big. Did some light shopping today (family of two, and the wife is traveling, so we bought less) and the bill was slightly north of $150. On said grocery list was; veggies, 30 eggs, 1 almond milk, 1 bacon, lunch meat, and laundry detergent. Also, I shop at Publix versus Kroger so the prices are a bit higher. I would guess our grocery bill is up 20-30% over then last 1-1.5 years.
Let's say you are running out of new sources of energy.
Then say you have a mountain of debt that requires you to keep producing more so you can make your debt payments.
Partial Solution: Produce less units; charge more per unit.
Picture of where Western economies are, and it only gets worse from here.
Marin Katusa came out with an article about ways to invest in hydrogen producers. Would love to know your thoughts.
It's another mountain of bullshit
It takes more energy to produce the hydrogen than the hydrogen produced can offer.
All other discussion on the matter is a waste of time.....and energy.

Well... Just go into DEBT, aka use the credit card! After all this is ALL you are here for.
