No investor is going to invest time and money to create a better service or product if they know their efforts and their future rewards, if any, will be controlled by the central planners.

I am 91 and lived in socialist UK years ago before moving to the US and recently to another country. I moved because of socialism. Every major industry was owned by the government and were losing money. There was no incentive. Desperately depressing. Now look at the UK. There is not return, unfortunately.
Did it ever occur to anyone that Mandami might just be promising the world to get elected, much like Trump did before him? How many campaign promises did Trump keep so far?
