Chris is correct to notice the overt racism involved, maybe in this murder, but definitely in how much attention it received by the media. White victims and black perpetrators don't meet their narrative, might even contradict the narrative, so are either ignored or distorted and minimized when covered. Black victims and white perpetrators receive maximum coverage with the crime always attributed to white racism and black victimhood.

Why do “violent white supremacists” always put on blackface before committing violent crimes?

What Axios meant to say was the video releases are a visual counterpoint to the GASLIGHTING and white night work we are putting in to snow ❄️ whoever is stupid enough to even watch or read us anylonger.

And I agree. When everything Is a 10...nothing truly is.

But this was a 20.

3 things - first, you don't hate the MSM enough! Second, judges need to be held accountable and prosecuted or impeached for incompetence. Third, insane asylums need to be reopened, maybe call them something nicer, but either way, the choices should not be prison or the street as too many are released to the street to let their demons prey on innocent people just trying to live their lives.

Your second point on judges is often overlooked when we criticize the media and leftist policies. I am not sure of the various other crimes that this man is alleged to have committed, but it seems that if any had received treatment, incarceration, or deportation, from the judges on the case, then this young woman might be alive today. Judicial impeachments need to start being used to put some type of accountability to these lifetime appointed judges.

Funny how this works with leftists. Women's lib, sexual revolution, female emancipation - these are all essential and sine qua non as long as the left thinks it means votes and gets them closer to "democratic socialism - a.k.a. eatablishing a dictatorship via winning elections. The moment women's basic human rights like the right for basic physical safety or the right not to be raped and/or murdered collides with other political goals of the left, in this case illegal immigration, suddenly women should STFU and just silently suffer whatever is coming to them.

The mayor of Charlotte so much as laid sympathy for the murderer. Iryna was an afterthought!

Who votes this kind of person into office?

Obama/Soros/Clinton effectiveness in ensuring local politics are dominated with 'change'. Redistricting also necessary part of the plan.

Cities and counties are rotting the country from within.

I live in Charlotte and first I heard of the story was Mayor Lyles praising the local media for not publicizing and showing the "crime." But I wasn't so surprised to find out what actually happened. Mayor Lyles is soon seeking her fourth term. Most friends I checked in with about this hadn't heard anything until the conservative media started writing about it. So I guess the local press did, for the most part, heed Mayor Lyles request.

Correction, FIFTH term

It’s not that “conservatives have outrage over nearly everything”.

The whole purpose of social media is to stoke outrage. The left is a master at it. Cancel culture anyone? Hello?

This story, and the intentional overlooking it in the MSM press, is truly outrageous.

Grab your torch and pitchfork, restack and retweet!

Thanks for commenting on Iryna’s murder. The corruption runs deep in our cities. Find & watch Megan Kelly’s comments to Glenn Greenwald re Bari Weiss’ potential CBS position.

Steve Mudge's avatar

Why was the assailant released 10 times before the incident? Far left iberal judges? Prison overcrowding? Lack of mental institutions? We have the same problem in our town and it's a combination of all three.

ScottyG's avatar

For every person whose had the Ukrainian flag displayed in their car or house window show no outrage over this murder, then take it down in shame…”Hate has no home here”, amirite?!?

PutativePathogen's avatar

The most chilling aspect of this is the complete absence of reaction from the other black men and women on the train. Not one batted an eyelash. Truly empty shells.

This country has a huge problem with racism: black racism against white people. It’s sickening that the media not only lies about it, but perpetuates it because no coverage only emboldens the aforementioned racists.

Part and parcel of the Transnationals attack on this country. Divide & Conquer and they own the MSM, their main weapon, which many empty minds believe.

Thomas Rand's avatar

Bari Weiss? Please. She called Tulsi Gabbard a "toadie" on the Joe Rogan show and didn't even know what the term meant when Rogan pressed her on it. So much for responsible journalism.

Laramie's avatar

Haha. I just posted the exact same thing. Wish I'd read your comment. I could have saved the keystrokes. You're right, she's an idiot.

Bill Lacey's avatar

Yup. Rogan made her look like an idiot.

Which is why I think Weiss going into CBS will be a replay of Trump 1.0. Meaning, she has no idea how embedded the corruption is. She'll try to set a new direction with the staff and the staff will hold their own meetings on how to undermine everything she is attempting to do. It will be failure theater.

To be fair, she is the mainstream media of Substack. The Free Press is one of the only Substack publications my parents read.

Good article and correct. Unfortunately, the MSM will construct some new crisis to cover so they can plausibly say they were OBE. (Overtaken by events) That’s been their playbook all along.

You have a pretty, white refugee from a war killed by a black, homeless man on camera. Nothing to see here as it doesn’t fit the narrative. Now if the black, homeless man was killed by a white refugee it would be wall to wall coverage and the social justice warriors would be out in force.

I hope this is the straw that breaks the MSM back but really believe ASGH. (Ain’t shit gonna happen)

Chris, as almost always, spot on. We do have a serios mental health crisis in this country and the irrelevant legacy media will not recognize that fact. These mentally ill criminals need to be put away in a proper facility.

I totally agree with you regarding the Republicans. I am a former Republican born and raised. The Bushs' took care of that. Now I guess I am an independent. But, I'm not fond of labels. My views are right of center. I supported Trump as there was no other viable alternative. I never did like him. Less so now.

Recently, I came across Republican's Against Trump. I thought it might be interesting as the MAGA people still seem to think he can do no wrong. I didn't make it a day. They are as bad, or worse, than the MAGA fanatics. What the hell ever happened to level headed, thinking people?!

Chris…. Thank you for this article. Don’t know what else to say. Terrible. Sad. Absurd. May your words add to the Great Awakening the world desperately needs. God bless you sir.

Our government has broken the contract with our citizens for whom it was constituted. It has become illegitimate. Criminal. Corrupt in the original meaning of the word: Not willing or capable of fulfilling it's purpose.

MX's avatar

What is the enforceability of breach of contract?

Fritz Kinderhoffen's avatar

Severance, boycott, opposition and resistance. In Europe new parties are forming in attempts to wrestle their governments away from corruption. We are ten years behind the curve.

If more than a tiny fraction of any populace had these kinds of values and fortitude, the dystopia that was 2020-2021 would not have happened.

Fritz Kinderhoffen's avatar

All it takes is 5 percent.

Randy's avatar

Unfortunately, European governments have disarmed their populations. There’s a reason why the American Revolution of 1776 succeeded and the European Revolution of 2026 won’t.
