Im the first to admit. Sometimes these SCOTUS cases will shock you. Sometimes for the better. Sometimes not so much. Double jeopardy criminal stacking allowed between fed and St. Jurisductions and Eminent Domain use being validated and upheld surprised me.
Most are missing the plot. This is exactly what the administration wanted. They used IEEPA instead of Smoot-Hawley in order to get this decision from the court and ensure the Dems couldn’t play this “emergency” card in the future. His time in the desert provided much needed clarity on how to manipulate the bureaucracy.
Good piece. It’s a shame that so few understand the role and value of SCOTUS in general, and a principled jurist in particular.
This is why the SCOTUS decision is so right and honorable - in spite of the radical leftists who joined the majority.
Very important especially with Trump doing everything he can to throw 2026 to the dems.

Associate Justice Gorsuch is a solid "Constitutionalist" and the decision is absolutely Constitutionally correct!
